9th UO Expo and 11th International Forum on Diving, Salvage and Offshore Engineering Technology, Qingdfao, Nov 6-8, 2026


Beijing, May 11, 2026 - The China Diving and Salvage Association (CDSA), in cooperation with the Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI) and the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), will host the 9th International Underwater Operations & Offshore Industry Expo (UO Expo 2026) and the 11th International Forum on Diving, Salvage and Offshore Engineering Technology from November 6-8, 2026 at the Qingdao International Convention Center (Laoshan Venue) in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China.

Under the theme “Intelligence in Deep Blue, Innovation for New Horizons”, the exhibition aims to boost high-quality development of the marine economy. It provides a platform for exchange, technology promotion, and trade cooperation among enterprises, research institutions, and international organizations involved in underwater operations, marine engineering, maritime traffic safety, water emergency rescue, ship pollution response, marine energy development, fisheries, and tourism diving and other fields.

The exhibit categories include:

  • General Underwater & Offshore Equipment - Diving gear, salvage equipment, offshore engineering hardware, rescue vessels, maritime aircraft, etc.

  • Underwater Intelligent Equipment and Technologies - ROVs, communication / navigation systems, survey equipment, sub-sea laying and mining tools.

  • Municipal Engineering Diving - Equipment and consumables for underwater municipal works.

  • Emergency Rescue Equipment - Water emergency and rescue tools.

  • Offshore Wind Power - Turbines, transmission equipment, installation hardware.

  • Ship Equipment & Accessories - Propulsion, handling, loading / unloading, and safety systems.

  • Ship Pollution Response - Oily water separators, waste treatment devices.

  • Tourism Diving - Products for tourism diving, marine sports gear, underwater communication equipment, compressed air systems, diving wear, safety equipment, training institutions, and tourist destinations.
