Today, we launch our all-new Featured Column—a space for stories, perspectives, and voices that shape the blue world we share. It will grow with evolving themes, honoring the journeys of those who explore, serve, and inspire across the industry.

For our inaugural theme, we turn to Women Power in the Diving Industry.They are divers descending into the deep, quiet strengths waiting on shore, steady hands keeping our industry moving, and dedicated professionals advocating for women’s diving health and designing gear made for women. We listen to their voices. We recognize their depth. We honor every woman who makes our industry more whole, more compassionate, and more brave.

Here, there is no gender bias, no stereotypes—only true stories, sincere passion, silent dedication, and unshakable strength. We honor every woman in the diving world, whether she dives into the unknown, supports her family, holds up the industry behind the scenes, or specializes in advocating for female divers' health and crafting customized diving gear. Every role deserves to be seen, every effort deserves to be respected.
