She emphasized that China's substantial investments in offshore wind power, cross-sea bridges, and sub-sea pipelines – driven by the national "Marine Power" strategy and the "Belt and Road" initiative – present vast opportunities for the global underwater operations market.

Vice President Chen also put forward-looking proposals for international collaboration: 1) Co-building a flagship exchange platform with NUI; 2) Share Knowledge and Technology; 3) Open doors to markets; 4) Standard and Safety Mutual Learning.

An attendee remarked, "Ms. Chen Liping's presentation was excellent. It not only introduced CDSA to the world but also showcased the vitality and opportunities within the Chinese diving and salvage industry." Following the speech, participants engaged with the CDSA delegation on topics including diving medical training and China's saturation diving capabilities.

This series of intensive exchanges and participation in the prestigious Seminar significantly elevated CDSA's international profile. It successfully projected an image of China's diving and salvage industry as open, cooperative, and professional, laying a solid foundation for deeper, practical international collaboration in the future.
