Yantai Haiyun Diving Equipment Co., Ltd., a council member of the China Diving and Salvage Association, was founded in 2014 and is located in Yantai, Shandong Province. The factory covers an area of more than 6,000 m² and has over 50 employees. The company has applied for more than 30 patents in the field of diving equipment and has an independent R&D center and a precision machining center. The company is dedicated to the R&D and production of diving salvage equipment and water rescue-related equipment. Its main products include diving helmets and masks, diving umbilicals, diving suits, breathing regulators, gas control systems, underwater communication systems, underwater video systems, underwater cutting and welding equipment, diving buoyancy salvage systems, decompression chamber control systems, and more.

Over the years, Haiyun has served the Navy, Coast Guard, emergency management bureaus, water resources bureaus, fire brigades, commercial diving engineering companies, government and civilian water rescue organizations, municipal pipeline diving teams, diving clubs, and other diving-related professionals. CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

As a member of the China Diving and Salvage Association, CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huangpu Wenchong”) is a large key shipbuilding enterprise and a core national military production enterprise under China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC). Founded in 1851, the company has more than 170 years of shipyard history and over 140 years of military-industry history, making it the oldest existing shipbuilding enterprise in China. In 2013, Huangpu Shipyard and Wenchong Shipyard merged and integrated, and the company was renamed CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. In 2025, the company’s headquarters relocated from Changzhou in Huangpu, Guangzhou, to Longxue in Nansha.

With an annual output value exceeding RMB 20 billion, the company operates four major production sites: Longxue, Changzhou and Wenchong in Guangzhou, and Wuzhou in Guangxi. It covers a total site area of 3.63 million square meters and has a total shoreline of 8 km. Its advanced shipbuilding equipment and facilities include a 300,000 DWT dry dock, a 900-ton gantry crane, a 25,000-ton heavy-load slipway, indoor building berths, and a 16,500-ton lifting-capacity floating dock.

Huangpu Wenchong’s business covers three main segments: defense, shipbuilding and marine, and emerging industries. The shipbuilding and marine segment includes container ships, bulk carriers, multi-purpose vessels, gas carriers, public service vessels, offshore engineering, and ship repair and conversion. The emerging industries segment includes equipment, information technology, and marine ranching.
