From the mouth of the Yalu River in the north to the Nansha waters in the south, it has established 24 rescue bases, 84 maritime rescue duty standby points, and 11 rescue aircraft standby points, forming a "three-in-one" sea-air three-dimensional rescue and salvage network system. It undertakes multiple missions in Chinese waters, including emergency response to maritime accidents, rescue of human life, rescue of ships and property, salvage of sunken ships and objects, oil spill pollution cleanup, safety guarantees for maritime transport and resource development, and fulfillment of international conventions and obligations as well as bilateral and multilateral maritime transport agreements.
Over the past 75 years, China Rescue and Salvage has rescued 89,772 people in distress (including 14,087 foreign nationals), rescued 5,714 ships in distress (including 1,038 foreign ships), salvaged 1,919 sunken ships (including 105 foreign ships), and saved property valued at over 192.6 billion yuan. It has successfully completed emergency rescue and salvage tasks of high technical difficulty and great public concern, such as the emergency salvage of the capsized Yangtze River passenger ship "Dongfangzhixing," the integral salvage of the sunken South Korean passenger ship "Sewol," the integral salvage and relocation project of the ancient ship "Yangtze River Estuary No. 2," the emergency response to the collision and explosion of the tanker "Sanchi," the emergency rescue of the hazardous chemicals tanker "Longqing 1," and the emergency rescue of the bus plunge accident in Wanzhou, Chongqing. It has played a key role in major missions such as the transoceanic search for the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, the cross-border rescue of the capsized sand dredger "Rongchang 8," and the ocean search and rescue of the capsized "Lupeng Yuanyu 028," effectively safeguarding maritime traffic safety, marine environmental cleanliness, and the safety of people's lives and property.

## Exhibited Products
The "Manyang Anlan" is a fully revolving crane emergency unmanned operation support vessel and a multi-functional engineering vessel known as a "versatile helper for rescue and emergency response." It is the first of its kind in China. The vessel has a length of 79.80 m, a molded breadth of 19.20 m, a molded depth of 5.50 m, a gross tonnage of 2,969, and a displacement of 4,339 tons. Below the deck, two floating oil recovery tanks with volumes of 266.26 m³ and 259.36 m³ are arranged on the port and starboard sides, with a total floating oil recovery tank capacity of approximately 526 m³ and an oil recovery capacity of approximately 200 m³/h. A diving moonpool is built into the middle of the deck, which can effectively reduce the risk of diving operations. The rear of the vessel is equipped with an oil spill search and removal Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) system, an oil pollution recovery system, and a heavy oil recovery system. In the event of an oil spill accident, UAVs can be used together with radar systems to search for and locate oil pollution on the sea surface. Then, through the unmanned boat recovery system and the vessel's own oil pollution recovery system, in cooperation with professional oil recovery vessels, effective cleanup of sea surface oil pollution can be carried out.

The "Manyang Beier" is a professional pollution cleanup vessel fully built by Zhejiang Manyang Shipping Engineering Co., Ltd. The vessel is a steel single-hull vessel propelled by diesel engines and equipped with two fully revolving rudder propeller units. Its design speed is 12 knots, length 45.9 m, breadth 9.4 m, main engine power 2 × 810 kW × 1000 rpm, main engine fuel consumption 170 kg/h, self-sustaining capacity 5 days, endurance 700 nautical miles, oil recovery rate 200 m³/h, storage tank capacity 357 m³. It is equipped with an imported "Laomo" oil recovery machine, fire monitors, and fully functional navigation, communication, observation, monitoring, search, and identification systems. It is capable of port wharf and vessel oil spill emergency prevention and control, oil spill containment, recovery, removal, storage, and transfer, and is a professional pollution cleanup vessel with dual functions for handling both heavy oil and light oil on the sea surface.

The "Manyang Anyong" is a twin-engine, twin-propeller, twin-rudder, stern-engine multi-purpose firefighting vessel, with an overall length of 54.5 m, a molded breadth of 18 m, a molded depth of 4.5 m, and a gross tonnage of 1,300. A 60-ton winch is arranged amidships for anchor handling and anchoring operations; four winches are arranged at the bow and amidships, equipped with 2-ton Delta anchors for four-point positioning; a waste oil recovery tank and recovery device are arranged on the port side amidships for waste oil recovery; and two fire monitors are arranged on the deck near the stern for firefighting operations. The new multi-purpose fire rescue vessel is equipped with more efficient firefighting devices and foam extinguishing agents, enabling it to control fires in a shorter time. Its maximum speed can reach 10 knots, significantly improving first-response capability, while also adding oil-contaminated water recovery functions. It can play a positive role in accident prevention. For example, through early firefighting and extinguishing small fires, the multi-purpose fire rescue vessel can effectively prevent accident risks and the expansion of accidents, reducing casualties and property losses.
